The certified electrical laboratory of Electro Him Zashita, LLC carries out acceptance tests and periodic (operational) tests of electrical equipment with voltage up to 110 kV inclusive.

The availability of special testing equipment and work experience allow testing:

• Adjustment and testing of power electrical equipment of power plants, substations, distribution and converter devices (points) up to and above 35 kV;
• Adjustment and testing of power transformers with voltage up to and above 35 kV;
• Carrying out tests and measurements of parameters of power plants and structures, their parts and elements with voltages up to and above 35 kV, in the process of design development, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, operation and repair;
• Carrying out energy-diagnostic tests of energy-consuming equipment by orders of enterprises, organizations and institutions.

Electro Him Zashita, LLC performs a full range of works on the construction, installation and commissioning of high-voltage equipment with voltage up to 110 kV inclusive. Qualified specialists with extensive practical experience carry out both preparatory (construction) work, and directly work on the installation of high-voltage electrical equipment. With the use of modern testing facilities and diagnostic devices, the installed power transformers and power supply networks are monitored, the operation of equipment and protection systems in switchgears and power control panels is adjusted.

The specialized equipment available in the organization allows the construction of cable lines of varying complexity and design, the laying of power cable lines in the ground and along trays.

Our own Electrotechnical Testing Laboratory, certified for electrical tests and measurements in electrical installations up to 110 kV inclusive, allows you to constantly and promptly monitor the quality of the installation of electrical equipment and timely carry out a set of acceptance tests necessary for commissioning the installed electrical equipment.

Electro Him Zashita, LLC performs a full range of works for the construction of overhead power lines. Production units are equipped with modern specialized equipment for construction and assembly works. For the installation of overhead power line supports without foundations, hydraulic drilling and crane machines "БКМ-317А" are used. In the case of using complex foundations or bored piles, hydraulic drilling rigs "УБГ-С-45 Барс" are used on the basis of KamAZ-43118 all-terrain vehicles.

On low-bearing soils, as a rule, pile foundations with a depth of 8-15 meters are used for power transmission towers, installation is carried out by pile-driving machine "СП-49РН-14" with or without drilling equipment. Qualified specialists carry out high-quality installation of attached electrical equipment and wires. Our own Quality Control Service (QC) promptly monitors and verifies the completeness and quality of the work performed. And the Electrotechnical Testing Laboratory, certified for electrical tests and measurements in electrical installations up to 110 kV inclusive, timely carries out a set of acceptance tests necessary for commissioning a completed overhead power transmission line.

ООО "Электро Хим Защита" выполняет полный комплекс работ "под ключ" по устройству, монтажу и наладке высоковольтного оборудования напряжением до 110 кВ включительно. Квалифицированные специалисты с большим практическим опытом осуществляют, как подготовительные (строительные) работы, так и непосредственно работы по монтажу высоковольтного электрооборудования. С использованием современных испытательных установок и диагностических приборов производится контроль смонтированных силовых трансформаторов и подводящих электрических сетей, производится настройка работы оборудования и систем защит в распределительных устройствах и щитах силового управления.

Имеющаяся в организации специализированная техника позволяет осуществлять строительство кабельных эстакад различной сложности и конструкции, прокладку силовых кабельных линий в земле и по лоткам.

Собственная Испытательная электротехническая лаборатория, аттестованная на электрические испытания и измерения в электроустановках до 110 кВ включительно, позволяет постоянно и оперативно отслеживать качество произведённого монтажа электрооборудования и своевременно осуществлять комплекс приёмочных испытаний, необходимых для ввода в эксплуатацию смонтированного электрооборудования.
